摘要: A group I Bacillus strain, DLG, was isolated and characterized as being most closely related to subtilis. When grown on any of a variety sugars, the culture supernatant this isolate found possess cellulolytic activity, demonstrated by degradation trinitrophenyl-carboxymethyl cellulose. Growth in medium containing cellobiose or glucose resulted greatest production activity. The activity not produced until stationary phase growth, addition had no apparent effect enzyme production. Fractionation showed that molecular weight enzymatic less than 100,000. Maximum assays observed at pH 4.8 58C, although maximum thermal stability Kinetic experiments suggested more one acting upon Exocellular protein roughly one-fifth displayed Trichoderma reesei C30 noncrystalline, cellulosic substrates. In contrast T. cellulase, ability degrade crystalline forms cellulose, nor cellobiase detectable.
