摘要: The paper briefly summarizes the latest news in area of photonic crystals. definition, different types and properties materials are presented. It shows also how to apply this kind by introducing defects their structures. most interesting point is where such periodic structures can be found nature. A new way obtaining crystals micro-pulling method proposed order grow self-organized eutectic microstructures.
