摘要: The effluents from bleached Kraft pulp mill (BKME) and paper industry are toxic to different aquatic organisms being an important source of contamination environments due the presence several chemicals produced during production pulp. main objective present study was evaluate exposure effects a secondary-treated BKME in two species fish: Carassius auratus Dicentrarchus labrax. Both were exposed concentrations effluent (1%, 10%, 25%, 50%, 100%) semi-static tests under controlled laboratory conditions. At end experimental period (21 days), samples livers collected for CYP1A determination histopathological evaluation. results show significant changes (p < 0.05) induction carp 50% sea bass 25% effluent. Histopathological alterations also observed according tested suggesting that cause damage organisms.
