摘要: Background Cholinesterase inhibitors and glutamate blockers are commonly used for the treatment of cognitive impairment in Alzheimer's disease. The aim was to evaluate effects rivastigmine memantine alone or combination rats with scopolamine-impaired memory. Method 5 groups were used: control, scopolamine (model), model rivastigmine, memantine, both drugs. Active avoidance test performed number conditioned responses, unconditioned responses intertrial crossing recorded. Passive tests step-through criteria latency reaction 180 s light chamber step-down 60 on platform done. Results Control learned task kept it memory tests. Scopolamine treated failed perform it. its showed increased CRs during learning retention In passive an observed drug groups. Conclusion drugs is more effective than use single impaired rats. NMDA may be combined different kind dementias.
