摘要: We have developed a simplified procedure for the separation of enzyme-digested genomic DNA, or complex mixtures cloned into two dimensions. The relies on use precast gels horizontal electrophoretic separations. Precast agarose-type are used first-dimensional fragments based size. polyacrylamide second-dimensional fragments. separated subjected to enzymatic digestion in situ prior their transfer gel. Applications this include analysis DNA libraries, yeast artificial chromosomes (YACs) as well other similar preparations, and screening occurrence multi-copy case amplifications cancer.
