摘要: The objectives of this descriptive research were to examine and compare the length stay in intensive care unit, post operative hospital complications patients who underwent conventional off pump coronary artery bypass surgery (OPCAB) versus fast track OPCAB. medical records all had undergone OPCAB 12 months interval at university been retrospectively reviewed. Data analysis was done by using statistics. Pearson Chi-square, Fisherus exact test, t-test used explain outcomes both group patients. An appropriate 103 enrolled study. In group, average ICU 5.91±2.47 days, mode 6 post-operative 13.67±5.01 11 days. 3.77±1.29 4 11.22±3.35 10 Most patientus characteristics, risk factors, incident groups not significantly different except emergency case, age, ejection fraction, intra aortic balloon used, arrhythmia. stay, fast-track less than significantly. Although divided subgroup, older 69 year, body mass index more 30 history chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. conclusion, postoperative bypass, especially male patient younger 70 years old elective surgery. Thus, nurses should establish comprehensive plan prevent reduce improve quality nursing care.
