摘要: Abstract Objective: To compare the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy in detection endometrial pathologies women with postmenopausal bleeding not using hormonal replacement therapy (HRT). Methods: Between January 1997 April 1998, 106 uterine HRT underwent a work-up including pelvic examination, ultrasound, biopsy. Sonographic measurement thickness hysteroscopic findings were compared histological results.
