摘要: Abstract The optimal design of laminated sandwich panels with viscoelastic core is addressed in this paper, the objective simultaneously minimizing weight and material cost maximizing modal damping. variables are number layers panel, layer constituent materials orientation angles thickness. problem solved using Direct MultiSearch (DMS) solver for multiobjective optimization problems which does not use any derivatives functions.
