摘要: BACKGROUND: The main goal of this work is to assess the influence pressurized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) treatment on enzymatic activity immobilized inulinases. effects process variables were evaluated through 23 experimental design. RESULTS: Inulinase from Klyveromyces marxianus NRRL Y-7571 presented an increase 163% in residual using LPG at 30 bar during 1 h exposure a depressurization rate 20 min−1. For Aspergillus niger commercial inulinase, increment 129% was observed for highest (20 min−1). Enzymatic activities changed significantly depending enzyme source and conditions investigated, such as time, pressure. CONCLUSION: Hence, compressed appears be promising technique with practical relevance preparation step improve activity, thus helping development new biotransformation processes. © 2012 Society Chemical Industry
