摘要: This article explores potential changes in the power relationships among teachers and principals under four emerging forms of structured teacher involvement schoolwide decision making: Instructional Leadership Teams, Principals' Advisory Councils, School Improvement Lead Teacher Committees. Each organizational model is described terms its purpose, operation, role principal, impact on leadership empowerment. A conceptual framework that views access to resources ability obtain cooperation from other actors (Kanter, 1979) utilized gauge principal roles each these models. The analysis suggests models seeking empower improve student learning must provide for increased interaction curricular instructional making.
