摘要: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are a heterogeneous group of tumoral lesions originating from diffuse endocrine system cells. They occur mostly in the gastrointestinal and lung. Primary NETs female reproductive tract rare. In widely used classification, primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinomas (SCNECs) large (LCNECs) endometrium were included subgroup poorly differentiated carcinomas. SCNECs very rare they often combined with other epithelial neoplasms. Their myometrial extrauterine invasions common during initial diagnosis due to their aggressive behaviors. this article, we present case endometrial SCNEC detected within benign polyp without invasion myometrium tissues 70-year-old patient presenting postmenopausal bleeding. Histopathologically, tumor cells showed positive staining Synaptophysin, Ki-67 labeling index was 80-90%, mitotic 15/10 per HPF there no necrosis lymphovascular invasion.
