摘要: Neuroendocrine carcinomas of the endometrium are rare tumors that can be pure, combined with endometrioid adenocarcinoma, or a component malignant mixed mullerian tumor. Recently, case small cell carcinoma and papillary serous was described for first time. We report case, to our knowledge, large neuroendocrine endometrium, an unusual pagetoid spread into normal endometrial endocervical glands. The had component, but most tumor characterized by solid sheets medium cells abundant mitotic figures, numerous apoptotic bodies, foci necrosis. This diffusely positive markers. Following surgery, patient treated radiation therapy chemotherapy. She without evidence progression at 5 months follow-up.
