摘要: One embodiment of the present invention provides a system that uses an index is hash-partitioned to access table not hash-partitioned. During operation, database receives request perform operation involving in database. If performing involves looking up key index, applies hash function identify unique partition within for key, and lookup identified zero or more rows match key.
