摘要: Abstract In the presence of cuprous iodide, palladium-catalyzed coupling reaction fluorinated vinyl iodides with terminal alkyl and phenyl substituted alkynes gives corresponding enynes in good yields under mild conditions. The works well perfluorovinyl, phosphoryl iodides, stereochemistry iodide was preserved enyne products. With a dialkyne dienyne is formed when two equivalents are used as substrate. However, upon Z-iodopentafluoropropene containing electron- withdrawing groups such ethoxycarbonyl or perfluoroalkyl, no desired were observed similar can be carried out variety solvents, including DMF, DMSO, HMPA, acetonitrile, dioxane, chloroform, benzene hexane excess triethylamine solvent.
