摘要: Abstract Focal adhesions and the cell cytoskeleton (intermediate filaments, microfilaments, microtubules) are involved in mechanotransduction-both direct (transduction of mechanical forces to nucleus) indirect chemical signaling cascades nucleus). Thus, observation changes focal adhesion cytoskeletal organization can be invaluable research such as drug treatments medical material testing vitro. Here we describe how stain human fibroblasts for vinculin (located adhesions), actin (microfilaments), tubulin (microtubules), vimentin filaments) perform custom microarray experiments. Comparative analysis immunofluorescence array data should allow researcher build up a global picture both mechanotransduction through from adhesions.
