摘要: Integrins serve as adhesion receptors for extracellular matrix proteins and also transduce biochemical signals into the cell. They regulate a variety of cellular functions, including spreading, migration, proliferation apoptosis. Many signaling pathways downstream integrins have been identified characterized are discussed here. In particular, many protein tyrosine kinases phosphatases, such FAK Src, to coordinate cell processes mentioned above. The regulation MAP by is important growth or other putative roles Ras in these discussed. Phosphatidylinositol lipids their modifying enzymes, particularly PI 3-kinase, strongly implicated mediators integrinregulated cytoskeletal changes migration. Similarly, actin cytoskeleton Rho family GTPases coordinated with integrin spreading although exact relationship between not clear. Finally, intracellular pH calcium fluxes suggested affect functions.
