摘要: In this chapter, we discuss acute myeloid leukemia with normal cytogenetics (CN AML). 40–50% of patients AML, no chromosomal abnormalities are detected by conventional karyotyping, suggesting that other mechanisms responsible for leukemogenesis in these cases. Attempts to stratify such cases on the basis complementary DNA microarrays demonstrated gene expression patterns differences responses treatment; however, specific genetic subgroups have emerged from studies. Abnormalities AML a karyotype could be arbitrarily divided into two major groups directly affecting proliferation/apoptosis cells, and cells through interaction bone marrow stroma.
