摘要: SUMMARY Health promotion research is distinct in some respects from within its contributing disciplines. A study was conducted Finland to identify the special characteristics and distinctiveness of health research, develop a set specific quality evaluation criteria for test usefulness such selecting applications funding. wide range discussions supplemented systematic literature review with experts outside Finland. Key informants Finnish universities institutes evaluated three Delphi rounds, they were suitably revised. utility revised tested using 31 proposals. After further revision, 16 Seven developed by these methods, seven general quality, applicable all social whether arena or not. 14 will undergo continuous revision improvement, but are already at this stage thought be suitable use (a) funding agencies design calls proposals, tenders; (b) researchers who respond proposals and/or (c) evaluators groups; (d) reviewers auditors progress.
