摘要: Abstract Analysis of murine spleen cell growth at various initial densities suggested a requirement for interaction in some lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced B-cell proliferation. B-Cell mitogenesis by LPS did not exhibit single-hit kinetics. In addition, the proportion cells demonstrating increase size and transcriptional activity induced alone decreased with decreasing density. Dextran sulfate (DXS), mitogen also described as requiring accessory its mitogenic activity, was found to act synergistically induction Furthermore, addition DXS removed requirements mitogenesis. As consequence, activated combination decrease density decreased.
