摘要: The technique of two-dimensional gel electrophoresis has been applied to study the changes in protein patterns occurring murine B lymphocytes after activation with synergistic cell mitogens lipopolysaccharide and dextran sulfate. Whole lysates from [35S]methionine-labeled mitogen-activated cells were analyzed radiofluorographs gels compared. We found that a large number proteins appear disappear during 5-day period (74/206 spots nonimmunoglobulin region gel). pattern (in region) was also compared T cells. identified 19 cell-specific 29 proteins, remaining 1000 or so being common.
