摘要: The progressive degeneration of articular cartilage or osteoarthritis the knee is a serious clinical problem affecting patient quality life. In recent years, artificially engineered scaffolds have been widely studied as promising method to stimulate regeneration. this study, novel biomimetic scaffold was developed by integrating cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) treatment with prolonged release bioactive factors. Specifically, surface 3D printed hydrogel drug-loaded nanoparticles treated CAP. Our results showed that CAP can improve hydrophilicity well nano-roughness and thus facilitate stem cell adhesion. More importantly, study demonstrated synergistically enhance chondrogenesis human bone marrow mesenchymal cells when compared control scaffolds. in indicate great potential applying into tissue for promoting
