摘要: Crystal structure of a ferroelectric barium titanate BaTi2O5 was investigated by the Rietveld analysis neutron powder diffraction data measured at 706°C. The crystal 706°C refined assuming centrosymmetric monoclinic A2∕m space group. structures high-temperature and low-temperature A2 phases are similar. displacement atoms along b axis is accompanied paraelectric to phase transformation. A2∕m‐A2 transition not reconstructive but displacive.
