摘要: Abstract Sugar industry plays an important role in economic development of country. Cogeneration is source income for sugar industries. Boiler one the essential components used cogeneration process. Unscheduled boiler outages mills are major problem resulting loss production. The may be failed due to number reasons; some reasons such as mechanical failure, electrical failure and temperature sensors failure. This paper describes failures fuel feeding system frequently occurred gives solution rectify these by using three tools, namely, cause effect diagram, Failure Mode Effect Analysis Taguchi method.
