摘要: A ring detector positron camera system for brain metabolism studies is being constructed at the Institute of Physics, University Stockholm, in collaboration with Departments Neuroradiology and clinical Neurophysiology, Karolinska Sjukhuset, Sweden. The instrument utilizes 95 NaI(Tl) detectors will simultaneously record coincidences from 1900 combinations. Each coupled coincidence forty on opposite side ring. In conventional stationary mode operation experimental resolution 10.5 mm. new sampling technique has been developed to reduce resolution. Based this technique, an 7 mm obtained.
