摘要: Produced water originated from oil and gas production wells was treated by a pilot-scale system including pre-treatment (chemical precipitation), pre-filtration, post-filtration units. Pre-filtration unit consisted of sand filter, granulated activated carbon (GAC) ultrafiltration (UF) membrane. Post-filtration included reverse osmosis (RO) membrane unit. In this study, two different RO membranes sea (SW) brackish (BW) were comparatively evaluated in terms treatment filtration performance. Besides, cost analysis conducted for real scale using the data obtained pilot plant study. Average fluxes 12.7 9.4 L/m2 h SW BW units, respectively. Higher COD conductivity removal efficiencies comparison to Total 0.88 €/m3 estimated treating produced with flowrate capacity 300 m3/d.
