摘要: The temperature dependence of the 13C NMR spectra dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) which has been labeled at carbonyl position sn-2 chain, 2-[1-13C]DPPC, is reported. In L beta' phase an axially symmetric spectrum 112-ppm breadth observed, and this transforms to isotropic-like line ((delta sigma) approximately 7 ppm) in alpha phase. intermediate P beta a temperature-dependent superposition these suggests that exhibits microscopic structural dynamical properties both phases. An analysis spectral shapes leads conclusion appearance primarily due conformational change complete main transition. Increased rates axial diffusion may contribute narrowing.
