摘要: A simple donor atom additivity relationship has been used to calculate the electrochemical contribution (DEC) of Oac (acetylacetonate-enolic oxygen), OPh (phenolic SPh (mercaptophenol sulfur), Nam (deprotonate amide nitrogen), Nim (imine nitrogen) and Npy (pyridine redox processes square pyramidal vanadyl complexes. The study focuses on amidate complexes because (a) their biological interest (b) existence data from plethora studied in great details. contributions for oxidation reduction increase following same order, ~ Oac(enolic) < Npy. These values predict potentials with high accuracy. Octahedral equatorial environment show significant shift lower values. DEC influence vanadyls' evaluated.
