摘要: Previously acquired continuous avoidance performance of pigs in a shuttle-box was modified by Pavlovian fear-conditioning procedure. Diazepam (1 mg/kg) given before the conditioning session prevented increase corticosteroids and impairment subsequent test presentation fear signal. and/or did not prevent response to CS presentation; however, temporal pattern differed according drug condition: diazepam treatment on day significantly delayed peak responding CS; treated with saline test, diffuse instead being localized period. Pigs both during learning showed some evidence facilitation. Usual unitary interpretations cannot account for such results which would appear be net result several intermingled effects among state-dependent learning, acquisition deficit, facilitation seem importance.
