摘要: The use of lpases as biocatalysts in ester synthesis has been the object growing interest, owing to importance esters emulsifiers, intermediates produce oleochemicals, and fuel alternatives. We consider this report application lipases ethanolysis palm kernel oils fatty-acid esters, using n-hexane solvent. In order maximize production, we adopted a Taguchi design built an empirical model. Using procedure, determined optimal condition for each system established influence process variables conversion.
