摘要: Lipase fromCandida rugosa was modified with several hydrophobic modifiers before being adsorbed onto organic polymer beads. The effects of different enzyme modifiers, supports, solvents, reaction temperatures, fatty acids, and alcohols on the activity immobilized were investigated. lipases good biocatalysts for esterification reactions in solvents. They exhibited high activities all solvents tested, including polar seemed to depend type support rather than modifier enzyme. medium support, XAD7, appeared be best lipases. lipase favored medium-chain acids long-chain as acyl donors. alcohol selectivity unchanged upon immobilization. native short-chain terpene nucleophiles.
