摘要: INFECTION of cultures milk-adapted P388D 1 murine lymphoma cells with polyoma virus produces an alteration in the ribonucleoprotein (RNP) nucleoplasm, enlargement nucleolus, and intranuclear vacuoles containing abnormal RNP1. Cytochemical studies late stages infection vitro failed to reveal Feulgen-positive inclusion material1. Since infectivity, nucleic acid preparations from infected appears reside deoxyribonucleic (DNA) fraction2, further attempts have been made demonstrate DNA elucidate relationship between changes RNA or RNP metabolism infection.
