摘要: Mastitis remains a major disease of cattle with strong impact on the dairy industry. There is growing interest in understanding how cell mediated immunity contributes to defence mammary gland against invading mastitis causing bacteria. Cytokines belonging IL-17 family, and cells that produce them, have been described as important modulators innate immunity, particular epithelial cells. We report here expression IL-17A IL-17F genes, encoding two members are induced udder tissues cows experimentally infected Escherichia coli. The response bovine was investigated using newly isolated line, PS line. first showed cells, similar primary were able respond agonists TLR2 LPS, provided CD14 added culture medium. then secretion CXCL8 transcription related-genes by increased IL-17A, when these stimulated live E. coli Together data from literature, results support hypothesis IL-17 F could play an role mediating host-pathogen interactions during mastitis.
