摘要: We have fabricated a low-cost and flexible NH3 gas sensor using thermal ink-jet printing. The poly (3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene) doped with polystyrene sulfonated acid (PEDOT/PSS) thickness of ~ 2 μm was used as sensing film. interdigitated electrode patterned aluminum plate attached over the Atomic force microscopy results show high homogeneous film only small roughness is presented on This exhibits selectivity sensitivity to at room temperature. response works linearly concentrations between 100-1000 ppm. modulation conducting polymer/metal interface plays role in mechanism NH3. Changes position electrodes can change dominant typical polymer sensor.
