摘要: The aim of this study was to determine the level two major mite allergens Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Der p 1) and farinae f in 30 urban homes Zagreb, Croatia, using enzyme immunoassay with monoclonal antibodies which has been established as reference method for indoor allergen analysis. Dust samples were taken by vacuuming a carpeted area collected on cellulose filters. ranges Der 1 (0.1-12.5) microg g-1 (median 0.32 g-1) (0.1-31.2) 0.35 g-1), respectively. (>2 associated increased risk sensitization found approximately 16% each allergen. sum + exceeded lower threshold 27% homes. Analytical evaluation ELISA assay showed satisfactory results precision (intra-assay CV <6.9%, inter-assay CV<13.3%), accuracy (91% 93%), sensitivity (2 ng mL-1). measurement dust demonstrated very good analytical characteristics routine laboratory use, will provide essential basis our future studies various allergens.
