摘要: Abstract In the energy filled there are many choices, conflicts, constraints and opportunities. While author admits that net analysis has never claimed relevance to most of these issues, he asserts component which it does address itself — indirect inputs supply technologies is relatively insignificant. It within noise level near, let alone long term, judgements uncertainty. Though analyses might have some value in checking ‘net returns’ very rapid large technological shifts, eg insulation or nuclear programmes, date they not identified any significant effects when whole system taken into account. Finally, concludes methods contain several flaws easily mended put at low confidence on results. Net a red herring.
