摘要: Abstract Polyenylphosphatidylcholine is a choline-glycerophospholipid containing up to 80% of total fatty acids as linoleic acid and may be an important factor in ensuring normal functioning cell membranes. We tested the effect polyenylphosphatidylcholine-supplemented diet compared it with both trilinolein-supplemented laboratory chow on composition, microviscosity, delta-6-desaturase activity liver microsomal membranes 12-month-old rats, absence or presence oxidative stress induced by adriamycin. Polyenylphosphatidylcholine- diets showed similar increase content microsomes, indicating that low amounts are able partially restore enzyme old independent source acid. After adriamycin treatment, increased polyenylphosphatidylcholine trilinolein groups, protective mechanism against damage polyunsaturated peroxidation. The measurement malondialdehyde production adriamycin-induced lipid peroxidation supplementation only. Microsomal membrane microviscosity did not change suggesting response microsomes might maintenance given order. Administration can prevent minimize treatment.
