摘要: Abstract The present study aimed to investigate the effect of AZT derivates containing tellurium (Te) on human breast cancer cell lines and mechanisms underlying death. inhibitory its derivatives (7m 7r) was determined by MTT assay (6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 100 μM in 24 48 h time points), meanwhile induction apoptosis cycle phases investigated flow cytometry. showed that decreased rate proliferation at concentrations 12.5 μM, while commercial low antitumor potential. In cytometric analysis, we demonstrate do not induce concentration tested promote arrest S phase. Besides, predicted absorption, distribution, metabolization, excretion toxicity analysis suggest compounds possess a good pharmacokinetic profile possibly less when compared conventional AZT. These their formulation are potential therapeutic agents for cancer.
