摘要: Exosomes are membrane vesicles of endocytic origin that participate in inter-cellular communication. Environmental and physiological conditions affect composition secreted exosomes, their abundance potential influence on recipient cells. Here, we analyzed protein component exosomes released vitro from cells exposed to ionizing radiation (2Gy dose) compared content with control not irradiated FaDu originating human squamous head neck cell carcinoma were using LC-MS/MS approach. We have found exposure resulted gross changes exosomal cargo. There 217 proteins identified 384 cells, including 148 "common" proteins, 236 detected specifically after irradiation 69 irradiation. Among overrepresented those involved transcription, translation, turnover, division signaling. This indicated cargo reflected radiation-induced cellular processes like transient suppression transcription translation or stress-induced
