摘要: Purpose Recently, a single-nucleotide polymorphism in the MDM2 promoter (SNP309) has been found to lower age of onset tumors and increase occurrence multiple primary Li-Fraumeni syndrome, accelerate development sporadic adult soft tissue sarcoma. The aim this study was determine whether SNP309 is associated with susceptibility gastric carcinoma its prognosis.
