摘要: This paper addresses the issue of price negotiation between a municipality and private water utility operator, its implications for residential demand estimation. We use appropriate econometric procedures to estimate equation on panel French municipalities. find evidence that negotiated depends municipality's characteristics, causing endogeneity in equation. The impact average household income, housing, system features such as metering is investigated both municipal consumption price. Estimated income elasticities are significant close previous level studies.
