摘要: B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) is a serious public health problem in the pediatric population worldwide, contributing to 85% of deaths from childhood cancers. Understanding biology disease crucial for its clinical management and development therapeutic strategies. In line with that observed other malignancies, chronic inflammation may contribute tumor microenvironment resulting damage normal processes, concomitant maintenance neoplastic cells. We report here hematopoietic cells bone marrow B-ALL have ability produce proinflammatory growth factors, including TNFα, IL-1β, IL-12, GM-CSF stimulate proliferation differentiation stem progenitor Our findings suggest an apparently distinct CD13+CD33+ leukemic be detrimental long-term hematopoiesis within marrow.
