摘要: The aim of the present study was to estimate variance components and genetic parameters for birth weaning weights in Raeini goats. data were collected from Breeding Centre (BCR) cashmere goats Kerman province Iran 1986 2008. Random effects included direct maternal additive effects, permanent environmental with direct-maternal covariance random residual effects. Variance estimated using DFREML program by fitting six single-trait animal models. Depending on model, hd 2 varied 0.057 0.323 weight 0.043 0.229 weight. Estimates m2 ranged 0.016 0.289 0.01 0.184 effect significant both traits ignoring model caused overestimation heritability.
