摘要: Abstract Both in vitro sensitization and expression of a cell-mediated CBA/H anti-DBA/2 response are suppressed by antibody directed against the stimulator or target DBA/2 cells, respectively. Induction cytotoxicity suppression effector phases immune immunologically specific. Specific antibody-containing serum is (i) highly dependent on number stimulating cells used for sensitization, (ii) most marked when given at initiation cultures, (iii) more effective inhibiting phase than phase, (iv) interfered with absorption which contain cell antigens, (v) limited to 7S fraction serums, (vi) not markedly Fc portion antibody, (vii) augmented, but inhibited slightly, formation antigen-antibody complexes.
