摘要: An improved process for the preparation of (4R-cis)-1,1-dimethylethyl 6-cyanomethyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane-4-acetate is described where a hydroxy ester derivative converted in two steps to desired product, as well valuable intermediates used process.
