摘要: A 2,4,6-substituted phenol having the formula wherein X is S or CH₂; R¹ and R² are same different from each other a lower alkyl group; R³ group of formula: in which R⁴ hydrogen atom R⁵ R⁶ atom, group, phenyl may be substituted, pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; pharmaceutical composition comprising therapeutically effective amount compound (I), as an ingredient, association with substantially nontoxic carrier excipient for use treatment lipemia mammals at least one (I). According to present invention there can provided useful antiatherosclerotic agents antilipenic agents.
