摘要: In this study, we investigate the optical response and plasmonic features of a multilayer 4π-spiral composed metal-semiconductor arms, numerically, by employing finite-difference time-domain method. We verified that proposed structure is able to support strong plasmon Fano resonances in circular arms. showed negative polarizability spiral provides an opportunity consider examined as meta-atom. Quantifying effective refractive index for presence various semiconductor substances such Si, GaP, InP, obtained highest possible value associated figure merit (FOM).
