摘要: To investigate whether the decreased level of serum polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in patients with autism is associated expression related liver metabolic enzymes, we selected rats that were exposed to valproic acid (VPA) on embryonic day 12.5 (E12.5) as a model autism. We observed levels PUFAs and including Δ5-desaturase, Δ6-desaturase elongase (Elovl2), VPA-exposed control postnatal 35 (PND35) conducted sex dimorphic analysis. found enzymes VPA significantly reduced, association autism-like behavioral changes, abnormal apoptosis-related proteins hippocampal neuronal injury, compared showed difference group. This finding indicated at stage may exhibit reduced synthesis due down-regulation thereby inducing nervous system injury which affected by meantime.
