摘要: A practical approach was used to develop a Rhizobium (Bradyrhizobium) japonicum inoculant that increases soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merr.) yield in fields with indigenous populations, which typically outcompete strains present existing commercial inoculants and therefore decrease the value of use. Field tests managed by several universities Mississippi delta region averaged 169-kg/ha (P < 0.01) grain increase. The contains mixture mutants selected for increased nitrogen fixation ability. These were derived from wild-type are capable high-level occupancy nodules region. To ensure microbiological purity, is fermented directly point-of-use container vermiculite carrier (L. Graham-Weiss, M. L. Bennett, A. S. Paau, Appl. Environ. Microbiol. 53:2138-2140, 1987). It should be possible use this produce more effective any legume geographical area.
