摘要: Objectives To define clinical subgroups by cluster analysis in patients with unilateral Meniere disease (MD) and to compare them the found bilateral MD. Design A cross-sectional study a two-step analysis. Settings A tertiary referral multicenter study. Participants Nine hundred eighty-eight adult MD. Main outcome measures: best predictors potential different aetiologies. Results We established five clusters Group 1 is most frequently found, includes 53% of patients, it defined as sporadic, classic MD without migraine autoimmune disorder (AD). 2 8% hearing loss, which antedates vertigo episodes months or years (delayed MD), AD cases. 3 involves 13% considered familial MD, while group 4, 15% linked presence all 5 11% comorbid AD. We significant differences distribution 3, 4 between uni- MD. Conclusions Cluster defines extends phenotype beyond audiovestibular symptoms. This classification will help improve phenotyping facilitate selection for randomised trials.
