摘要: Many researchers have examined the service quality of healthcare organisations, but none them effects a transfer to new premises on quality. The purpose this study is explore facilities patients' perception services in General Hospital Katerini Greece. To do so, we compare three different researches about and used gap analysis method paired – samples t-test define if perceptions expectations among dimensions were significant (p < .05). medical equipment substantially improved five not extent that they could be considered complete improvement. results confirmed all our research hypotheses. most affects ‘tangibles’ dimension. At same time, remaining four were, whole, positively influenced.
